White Bear Lake’s favorite gifts and clothing store just opened their new shop for kids this past spring, and it’s called, yes, GoodKids. For 43 years, Goodthings has been selling not only clothing and trinkets for adults at their two locations (the second location opened in 2014), but items for the young population as well—until owners of the company, mother and son duo Sharon and Tyler Conrad, realized they needed a bigger space to have the selection they wanted.
Tyler explains that the store “wanted to offer more baby items and expand their customer base.” The shop also includes toys and games for kids, and is only one block down from the original store. “White Bear [didn’t] have a kids’ store,” Conrad says. “We want to relate to our customers.”
