Dairy Day and Ice Cream Social

Heigh-ho the DAIRY-oh! June is Dairy Month, so join us to celebrate all things dairy. Learn how to milk a cow or make butter! PLUS, meet Princess Kay of the Milky Way, Brenna Connelly! Visit our exhibits, take a hayride, play lawn games, tour the 1912 farmhouse. Picnic food and ice cream available for purchase. Sponsored by the Maplewood Area Historical Society. Movies in the Park: "Moana"

Bring your lawn chair or blanket and don't forget bug spray for this free, fun, and family-friendly movie night at Polar Lakes Park. There is plenty of room to spread out in the park, and social distancing and face coverings are appreciated. Unity Day

UNITY DAY, the signature event for National Bullying Prevention Month, will take place on Wednesday, October 21. This is the day when people around the world come together to unite for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion to create a world without bullying!

The call to action is simple: wear and share the color ORANGE!

Unity Day was initiated by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center to encourage students, educators, parents, community members, schools, businesses, and organizations to show their support for bullying prevention in one giant, orange message of hope. Read more about Unity Day
