Each week has a new theme, starting with the kickoff to Manitou Days.

June 21: White Bear Lake History and Old–Fashioned Cake Walk by Grandma’s Bakery
July 5: Biz Kidz and Seniors Booths

The festival begins with the Grand Parade on Friday, June 15 at 6:30 p.m. from Downtown White Bear Lake along Lake Avenue all the way to West Park,  followed by the Beach Dance at Memorial Beach from 8–11 p.m. Dance to the WildCat Combo, a local classic rock band.
