Century College gets into the spine-tingling Halloween spirit with its student-run Fright Walk, a haunted trail filled with creepy characters that are sure to give you a fright.
For parents who are worried that the trail might be too intense for younger children, no need; there are plenty of other fun activities such as face painting and a crafts area, not to mention tons of free food.
“If you go earlier, the trail is a little less spooky so families can enjoy it,” says Katie Ronsberg, one of the co-chairs of the Planning Activities Committee that is in charge of putting the event together.
For those who love walking through haunted trails and fear that one trip though will not be enough, have no fear. Jenn Rassett, associate director of student life and leadership development, says there is a one-time charge and people can go through as many times as they want.
The event will be held October 25 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the trail located just south of the campus. Admission is $1 for the public, free for students and children 10 and under.
