For the second year, White Bear Lake Magazine will host a photo contest, giving readers the opportunity to share what the lake-area looks like through their lenses. Entries must fall into one of five categories: city landmarks, wildlife and nature, activities and events, people and families, and pets.
A panel of expert judges will select the winners in each category, but come September 10–30, readers will be able to view and vote for their favorite photos online. Entrants can upload high-resolution photo entries at whitebearlakemag.com throughout the entire month of August. The top photos in each category, including readers’ choice, will receive a gift card to a local business, and may see their photo printed in an issue of White Bear Lake Magazine.
