A Talented Duo

From Ronald Jewelers to Anderson Watch and Clock to White Bear Jewelers, husband-and-wife team Ken and Kathy Anderson have been on the White Bear Lake jewelry scene for nearly 30 years; they have been in their present location off Lake Avenue since 1997. Although they offer a top-notch retail shop, Kathy says their repair, refurbishing and restyling services are just as noteworthy. Ken has been repairing watches since he started in the jewelry business. Pocket watches are his favorite item to fix.

Joel B. Sherburne Jewelers
Joel Sherburne’s interest in the jewelry business began when he apprenticed with a goldsmith in the early 1970s. After earning his degree as a graduate gemologist, he opened Joel B. Sherburne Jewelers at its current spot in White Bear Lake in 1994.

Sherburne and his team pride themselves on their customization skills, and are willing to tackle any challenge and embrace customer originality. In fact, it’s the creative side of his job that Sherburne finds the most intriguing. “It’s fun seeing a drawing turn into a real piece,” he says. Joel B.
