White Bear Smiles has been in business and has called downtown White Bear Lake home for 24 years. Recently, the dental practice underwent an office remodel to expand the practice and to benefit patients with—among many things—increased scheduling flexibility and new dental equipment.
“We had a nice facility before, but it was time for a change,” says Dr. Paul Anderson, White Bear Smiles owner. “It had always been a goal to expand the practice, to expand the hours and the availability so that people can get in in a timely manner.”
In the span of six months—beginning in July and wrapping up in January—the practice expanded from five to nine chairs. In addition to adding treatment rooms, the remodel touched every part of the office. “Every single thing is brand-new,” Anderson says. The entire floor plan is new, including the walls, carpet and dental equipment.
White Bear Smiles’ goal is to be modern, convenient, comfortable and affordable. These four words also helped guide the design plans for the new office. During the renovation work, the dental practice stayed open, allowing patients to see the changes.

Tues.: 11:30 a.m.–7 p.m.
Wed.: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
