In Terry Ward’s A Scow at Sunset, the setting sun casts a glowing halo on a serene sailboat on White Bear Lake. Ward captured this image while touring the lake on his jet ski, looking west toward Memorial Beach Park. Ward describes himself as an “amateur who appreciates interesting photos” and used his Canon 35mm camera with a Canon EFS 18-135mm lens to capture this winning shot.
