Husband-and-wife duo Bruce Bushey and Janet Richards started the Olive Branch Oil & Spice Co. four years ago in White Bear Lake, where they’ve been residents for 21 years. They traveled together to Greece back in 2001, and fell in love with what they saw on the dinner tables abroad: quality ingredients used in meals that brought families together.
Their shop offers top ingredients from around the world and, this past summer, was relocated to a 1,700-square-foot space in Manitou Crossing, doubling their retail space. “We are excited about our future, bringing in more exciting things,” says Bushey.
The new digs not only afford them the opportunity to expand their range of imported products, but it also grants them space to host diverse international cooking classes on-site.
