Vadnais Heights Heritage Days celebrates its 41st year.

Vadnais Heights Heritage Days is returning for its 41st year to brighten your summer and add to the outdoor fun. This year, the event includes the Disney movie Zootopia in the park, the hugely popular senior picnic, a parade, live bands, a medallion hunt and many other family activities. There’s plenty of kids’ fun as well, complete with bouncy houses and games. There’s also the yearly booya—a traditional stew featuring beef, chicken and vegetables, which is sold on Sunday from 8 a.m. until it’s gone—and the Vadnais Heights fire departments battling it out with water! The festival is held August 18–21 in Community Park and Vadnais Heights Commons, and a full list of events is on the Vadnais Heights website.
