Downtown White Bear Lake hosts Holiday Open House.
During this annual extravaganza, participating stores offer sales, specials and promotional items to get people in the shopping mood, and is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. The event, sponsored by the Downtown White Bear Lake Main Street Inc., will be held November 12 from 4 to 9 p.m., the same evening the local lights will be put up.
