Veteran’s Day event at St. John in the Wilderness Episcopal Church.
As a veteran himself, Reverend Mark Kelm was disappointed when he first came to White Bear Lake and found there were no community Veteran’s Day events. So he immediately set out to create one. Now, every Veteran’s Day at 2 p.m., locals can go to the monument at St. John in the Wilderness Episcopal Cemetery to honor those who have served and sacrificed the most.
