See stunning homes revealed at the annual North Oaks Children’s Hospital Guild holiday home tour, boutique and luncheon. Living rooms, kitchens and dining rooms are festooned to perfection by vendors and designers, including local favorites Mainstream Boutique, Goodthings, Nesting Inc. and Christina Lynn Interiors. A boutique at the North Oaks Golf Club lets guests shop for some of the most festive gifts this season and enjoy a delightful buffet, all to benefit Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of St. Paul.
“It takes a big heart for homeowners to generously open their houses for us,” says Lyn Underdahl, Guild 1 president. “They really are an unsung contributor to all of this, and without the local vendors and designers that come back every year, we couldn’t do it.”
The guilds started in 1962, and all 16 have contributed a total of more than $800,000 since that time. Last year, North Oaks Guild 1 raised $40,000 for the hospital to help fund a variety of departments and programs.
