If you find yourself with some free time on your hands once the kids head back to school, consider volunteering with the White Bear Area Senior Program which is committed to providing support and care for our local seniors.

We all know it’s January, but you might want to get your golf clubs out of storage and start warming up your swing. Why? Because the first weekend in February will mark the ninth year of White Bear Lake’s Bear’ly Open, a charity golf event—on the ice.

For the 29th year, the White Bear Lake Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) PTA is hosting a fundraising garage sale at Otter Lake Elementary on April 18. The sale features items such as kids’ clothing, toys, books and movies, as well as maternity clothing for moms-to-be.
