PunkinMania is as much an annual tradition in this neck of the woods as is carving pumpkins. And it all began in the 1980s, when Wildwood Lions Club member Dr. Lee Armstrong came up with the idea when the club was in need of a fall event.

Eighteen stops along a channel-surfing tour offer a variety of locally produced programming. All of it originates from television production studios tucked inside an ordinary strip mall in White Bear Lake.
